Booth Engine is a done-for-you business operating system for photo booth owners, built inside GoHighLevel (GHL). When you subscribe, our team sets up a fully configured GHL sub-account for your business — including your CRM pipeline, automation workflows, lead follow-up sequences, and depending on your tier, social media scheduling, landing pages, and a complete website.
We do the setup. You own and operate the system after that. Your data, contacts, and business information always belong to you.
Booth Engine is offered on a monthly or annual subscription. Here is how each works:
| Plan Type | How It Works |
|---|---|
| Monthly | Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same date you signed up. You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. |
| Annual | You pay for 12 months upfront. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each new annual period. Annual plans do not receive partial refunds for unused months if you cancel before the year is up. |
By subscribing you authorize Booth Engine to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date. If a payment fails we will notify you and attempt to collect payment before suspending your account.
Most subscription plans include a one-time setup fee in addition to the monthly or annual subscription rate. The setup fee covers the labor cost of configuring your GHL account, customizing your system, connecting your integrations, and testing everything before you log in.
Setup fees are non-refundable under all circumstances — even if you cancel shortly after setup is complete. The work was done and the fee stands.
Founding member annual plans include a waived setup fee as part of the founding member offer. This waiver is only valid at the time of the original founding member enrollment.
A limited number of early subscribers enrolled at founding member rates during our launch period. If you are a founding member, here is what your rate lock means:
You can cancel your Booth Engine subscription at any time. Here is what happens when you do:
| Plan Type | What Happens When You Cancel |
|---|---|
| Monthly | Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You keep full access until then. No partial refunds for unused days. |
| Annual | Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual term. You keep full access until then. No partial refunds for unused months. |
| Founding Member | Same cancellation terms as above. Your founding member rate is permanently forfeited upon cancellation regardless of reason. |
To cancel, email [email protected]. We will confirm your cancellation and let you know your access end date.
When your subscription ends:
| Situation | Refund Policy |
|---|---|
| Setup fee | Non-refundable. No exceptions. |
| Monthly subscription | Non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. |
| Annual subscription | Non-refundable. Annual plans are a commitment for the full 12 months. |
| Billing error | If we charged you incorrectly, contact [email protected] within 7 days and we will make it right. |
| Service failure | If a significant technical issue on our end prevented you from using the service for an extended period, contact us. We will review and handle it fairly. |
When you subscribe to Booth Engine you agree to:
