Effective September 1, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to Booth Engine. By completing your purchase you agree to be bound by these terms.

Quick Summary — Plain English
  • You are subscribing to a done-for-you GHL setup and automation system for your photo booth business.
  • We set up your system. You own your data.
  • Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable.
  • Founding member rates are locked for life as long as you stay subscribed without canceling.
  • If you cancel and come back later, you pay the current standard rate.

1. Who We Are

Booth Engine is owned and operated by Booth Engine LLC, based in Oregon. When we say "Booth Engine," "we," "us," or "our" in these terms, we mean Booth Engine LLC. When we say "you" or "your," we mean the person or business subscribing to our service.

2. What Booth Engine Is

Booth Engine is a done-for-you business operating system for photo booth owners, built inside GoHighLevel (GHL). When you subscribe, our team sets up a fully configured GHL sub-account for your business — including your CRM pipeline, automation workflows, lead follow-up sequences, and depending on your tier, social media scheduling, landing pages, and a complete website.

We do the setup. You own and operate the system after that. Your data, contacts, and business information always belong to you.

3. Your Subscription

Booth Engine is offered on a monthly or annual subscription. Here is how each works:

Plan TypeHow It Works
MonthlyYour subscription renews automatically every month on the same date you signed up. You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
AnnualYou pay for 12 months upfront. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each new annual period. Annual plans do not receive partial refunds for unused months if you cancel before the year is up.

By subscribing you authorize Booth Engine to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date. If a payment fails we will notify you and attempt to collect payment before suspending your account.

4. Setup Fee

Most subscription plans include a one-time setup fee in addition to the monthly or annual subscription rate. The setup fee covers the labor cost of configuring your GHL account, customizing your system, connecting your integrations, and testing everything before you log in.

Setup fees are non-refundable under all circumstances — even if you cancel shortly after setup is complete. The work was done and the fee stands.

Founding member annual plans include a waived setup fee as part of the founding member offer. This waiver is only valid at the time of the original founding member enrollment.

5. Founding Member Pricing

A limited number of early subscribers enrolled at founding member rates during our launch period. If you are a founding member, here is what your rate lock means:

  • Your monthly or annual rate is locked at the founding member price for as long as you stay continuously subscribed.
  • Your locked rate applies only to the tier you enrolled in as a founding member.
  • If you upgrade to a higher tier, the new tier is billed at the current standard rate for that tier.
  • If you cancel your subscription for any reason, your founding member rate is permanently forfeited. If you resubscribe later, you will be charged the standard rate in effect at that time.
  • Founding member pricing does not apply to add-ons, done-with-you sessions, or any future features not included in your original tier.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your Booth Engine subscription at any time. Here is what happens when you do:

Plan TypeWhat Happens When You Cancel
MonthlyYour cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You keep full access until then. No partial refunds for unused days.
AnnualYour cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual term. You keep full access until then. No partial refunds for unused months.
Founding MemberSame cancellation terms as above. Your founding member rate is permanently forfeited upon cancellation regardless of reason.

To cancel, email [email protected]. We will confirm your cancellation and let you know your access end date.

7. What Happens to Your Account After Cancellation

When your subscription ends:

  • Your GHL sub-account remains accessible for 30 days after your subscription end date so you can export your data.
  • After 30 days your sub-account is archived and may be permanently deleted.
  • We strongly recommend exporting your contacts, pipeline data, and any assets before your access ends.
  • Booth Engine is not responsible for any data lost after the 30-day export window has passed.
